Processing Time: 

This is the time needed to make or prepare an Order for shipping. 

Please check "Processing Time" on the individual product pages. 

In general: 

• In-stock orders are packed and ready to be shipped within 3-5 business days of your order confirmation. 

Shipping Times: 

This is the time needed to deliver your order once the product has been completed or fulfilled. 

This time will depend on the shipping method you choose. 

Shortt Family Woodcraft is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged orders in shipping 

Once the package has been shipped, Shortt Family Woodcraft is not responsible for loss or damages to items. Please contact the carrier directly for any issues regarding your shipment. 

Estimated shipping times: 

• Continental USA 

Most orders will arrive within 3-8 business days from the day of shipment, depending on the "Ship to" address.  

Rural deliveries may take longer. 

Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

At this time we do not ship outside of the United States.
